Alltech announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Agolin

On May 3, 2023, Alltech announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Agolin, an animal nutrition company based in Switzerland that has developed and produced plant-based nutrition solutions that improve livestock performance, profitability and sustainability.
